  • 1.  Incoming calls while already on a call in queue.

    Hello!

    I have worked with support on this already but not getting an answer to it. When our employees are on queue and also currently on a call from being in queue, they are getting rings in their ear from another call trying to come in. We were given instruction for turning this down but changing that setting has not helped our users it is still ringing. Our employees also have noticed this change around August. Prior to August this was not an issue.

    Under Global Telephony we know there is a setting to send direct calls to voicemail while in queue but we actually want them to be able to get notification of incoming call.

    Our biggest thing is how can we mute the incoming call noise while they are on a call.

    @Chris Banfield - I read about a similar phenomenon occurring around the same time in this thread. Possibly related?
