  • 1.  Increase the number of audible rings for incoming group call??

    I have a group set up in a priority queue. When somoene calls this number, the phone only audibly rings 4 times, even though the call is still ongoing/ringing. 

    Is there a way to increase the number of audible rings for calls coming into a group?

    Hi Chrystal,

    Are you referring to a queue or group?

    When you say it only rings 4 times, is that on the caller side or what an agent/user is hearing?

    It seems that the old 12 seconds ringtone it is still being used for Group calls.
    After the 12 seconds you get only the visual alert.

    We had this issue for ACD calls and it was fixed like one or two months ago.

    I think you have to report this issue to the customer care.
