The Open Messaging API is specifically for the messaging. If you want to query On Queue agent counts, etc., you can use the /api/v2/analytics/queues/observations/query
There are multiple threads in the Main community regarding how to query various variations of how many agents are On Queue or Online etc. You can search there to see more info (it is related to using a Data Action in Architect, but you can see the API endpoints and logic being used)

Subject: Inquiry Regarding Agent Availability Endpoint in Open Messaging API
We're currently working with the Open Messaging APIs and haven't been able to find any documentation or reference related to checking agent availability (basically to check whether agent is on queue or out of queue i.e. online/offline).
Could any please confirm whether there's an endpoint available for agent availability in open messaging platform, or if this functionality is supported in any way?
Thanks in advance for the help.
