What I need is very simple which is to connect the power bi tools with the data set of the reports form Genesys , to be able to automate the data gathering and reporting as well, can we work this out?

Easy enough. Look into the analytics APIs (/api/v2/analytics/). Once you define what you need it's easy enough to set up an oath token for power bi to use and pull the data in at regular intervals.

If you want realtime and you are the DYI type you can build service that subscribes to the notification topics you want and pushes them as flat json to your powerbi streaming dataset. https://developer.genesys.cloud/notificationsalerts/notifications/
