    Hi All,

    I am not able to find "Agent Assist Google CCAI with Google Cloud" under add integration in Genesys cloud.

    Region: US-w2
    Cloud CX 3 license

    I think you are looking for this one:  Genesys AppFoundry - Genesys Virtual Agent Services powered by Google CCAI (mypurecloud.com).  Use the AppFoundry link in the top right and search for CCAI.

    Actually I was referring to this link to install Google CCAI Agent Assist from Genesys Cloud Installation page. 
    Enable the Agent Assist Google CCAI with Google Cloud integration - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)


    But I cant find highlighted service.

    If it does not show up in your Integrations, you need to make sure the part number for that has been added to your ORG or your reseller has whitelisted that listing on AppFoundry for you.  Also, be sure you have PureCloud for BYOT Bundle listed in your Subscriptions.
