    Hi,

    Quick question: Is there a way to customize the interaction details shown while the call is ringing without using a script? I also need the language to be visible.

    Is this the Salesforce managed package or is this the Genesys Cloud UI? I just want to be able to give you the most accurate answer.

    Hello Abdullah, 

    Thank you for clarifying. Without using scripts there are some limitations to customizing interaction details during the ringing state. 

    You can customize which interactions attributes are displayed during calls. But language information during the ringing state is not possible. 

    Basic attributes available include:

    Call.Ani (caller's phone number)
    Call.CalledNumber (DNIS or SIP addresses for queues)
    Call.ConversationId
    Call.Internal (indicates if it's an internal call)
    Call.QueueName

    Hello Cameron,

    what about the call.language attribute for an easy customization of the script? It will show you the system's language (EN-US) according to the setup in the architect (IVR options), with additional options to translate that to "English" by the use of other variables. we use EN-US and ES-US for calls.

    In our company we use these methods, as Abdullah is showing in his latest reply.

    If you are using a script then call.language should work.
