    Hi,

     Can someone please tell me the definite answer to what is the cause of the disconnection reason "Peer – Session is inactive"

    This doc gives "Peer" & "Client - Session is inactive" details but nothing for "Peer – Session is inactive"?

    I have seen this when are not getting good disconnects with a BYE or for digital sessions when you have someone that was on a browser or messaging session but no responding.  So the systems seed them as disconnected but only because the session was not closed on the Genesys side through the API or GC user.
