Hello Satish,
The documentation from the resource center states:
| From |
Displays information for interactions sent from the selected email addresses.
- Enter the full email address, such as person@example.com. The filter cannot search for a partial address.
- Filter for multiple addresses at one time by entering other addresses and searching again.
- When searching for a phone number, enter the entire phone number. For example, enter 13171002997 or 3171002997 to search for interactions sent to +1 317-100-2997.
The filter cannot search for a partial phone number and it cannot process hyphens. You can omit the country code.

If this isn't working as expected, then it would need to be investigated by product support and I would recommend raising a case to get the logic looked into with an example that isn't working.

Subject: Interaction filters for mobile numbers start with +754
The search field automatically adds the +1 prefix when entering numbers starting with 754,
For example, when searching From/To search for a UK number without the +44 prefix (example 7543000000), it is treated as having a +1 prefix, and serach filter "+1 7543000000,
Please let me know if anyone has encountered a similar issue when searching in the To/From fields, when number is entered without the leading 0 prefix, Genesys defaults to the +1 (USA) country code, resulting in no search results. Note: If the number is entered with the +44 prefix, the search results correctly reflect the +44 prefix, The ANI/DNIS fields continue to work normally,
