    Hello Community,

    The request/question, do we know if updating the interaction search results will be including a sorting feature. We see this option within the Content search results but not in the interaction results. Pic 1 shows Interactions Pic 2 shows Contents.  The option would support learner views and options for more grouping of like data sets

    Good idea. Thank you for posting it. I have cast my vote for it in the Ideas Lab.

    In general, I think that sorting should be strongly considered for every single screen which has already had its data displayed in matrix form, even if it's not been specifically requested for the feature. Yes, there are large data pools and related pagination to consider, but this isn't rocket science. The development parts requiring heavy lifting for these Performance Views (efficient data queries and basic data presentation) have already been completed. Web developers have been sorting data matrixes on websites for 20 years now. The reason that it's so prevalent across so many platforms is that it's incredibly useful to users. I would love to see sortable columns as a standard across the board for every possible Performance View.

    It's a bit surprising that the interaction related datatables doesn't offer sorting capabilities yet. Sorting is such a common and helpful feature in applications with tabular data, it would definitely make it easier to analyze those views especially for conversation related tables.

    Since the data is already presented in a table, hopefully adding sorting wouldn't be too complex. It would be a really valuable improvement to the user experience, especially when dealing with large datasets.

    Perhaps the product management team could consider prioritizing this feature in a future update? It would make a big difference for our clients who rely on the workspace datatables for their daily work.
