I need to provide more details on one documentation related the behavior on Interaction Timeline Overview. Nowadays the URL presented on Genesys documentation is broken.
If you access View an interaction's details - Genesys Cloud Resource Center

and try to click on

• View an interaction's timeline

They says that the link is broken. Does anyone have the updated link for that?

I searched a bunch of different ways and I could not find the article. Not even in the draft Resource Center articles.

So, I used the Feedback option to tell Doc about it, and hopefully they will get it back.
