Michael,
I have noticed that the Admin Roles, even Master Admin, don't necessarily give you "do whatever you want" type permissions.
I would advise following Robert's suggestion and seeing if it resolves the issue.

Give the Supervisor Role to both divisions to the person looking for conversations. Divisions limits visibility to all other objects related to that individual.

I am currently looking for two interactions that occurred last week. However, they are not appearing for the queue interactions for that day. The users account was in a separate division before switching them to the correct one. Could this effect the interactions not appearing? This is only occurring for one user.
