Genesys Cloud - Main

Hello All,

I have a client that is interested to know, is it possible to see how many interactions 1 person has downloaded from Genesys. I cannot locate anywhere in Genesys where it will display where 1 person has downloaded a number of interactions. I am sure that there maybe no way of finding this out, but I wanted to put this question in the community to see if it was possible. Thank you for any assistance.

The Interaction Audit Log shows this as Read for download but there is no magic report to see every conversation that was read by that individual.
