Are internal Chats still permanent and cannot be removed from any records?
I have users close Internal Chats, the Chat does drop to under recently closed header
from what I understand the recently closed area will only store 20 recently closed Chat sessions
if I have 20 in my recently closed area, and I add 5 to this area, where do the 5 go that are removed to keep the limit at 20?
