I am wondering if anyone can advise how the thresholds are worked out where differences are either in red or black font? The example I have been asked about below,  what are the thresholds for the service level differences, where 8% here is in black, where 10% is in red?

Hi - you can change the thresholds by clicking on the blue % on the right side of the intraday monitoring page.
