    Hey everyone

     

    Great news, today we're releasing the Agent Development and My Development tabs for analytics in Genesys Cloud!

     

    The tabs will give Managers and Agents access to Coaching and Learning information, such as the ability to see what's in progress, overdue or completed.

     

    You'll able to manually assign training to people, and create Coaching sessions that are not necessarily linked to an interaction.

     

    This is a great leap forward for Employees, allowing Coaching to be created to cover all of the needs of an Agent, and Learning to be assigned directly to individuals to help close any development gaps

    There seems to be an issue in Edge.  The icons when you click the hamburger don't show up but if you hover you get the tool tips and you can click.
