    Help us understand how you think about common Genesys Cloud words and phrases! Take a card sorting activity and receive a $25 e-gift card for your time. 

     

    ABOUT THE STUDY: limited spots available!

    • Date: Anytime between now and Tuesday, November 1st
    • Type of study: Unmoderated card sorting
    • Length: about 10 to 15 minutes
    • Location: Remote – via Zoom and usertesting
    • Who can do the activity: any Genesys customer or partner across roles in the contact center similar to administrator, contact center manager, IT manager or director, key decision maker, etc.
    • Your reward: $25USD e-gift card, 1-2 weeks after participation.
