Is it possible for business users to be set up in a way that allows them to make and receive calls regardless of whether or not they’re logged in to PureCloud?

    Another wrinkle...if you don't have a default phone set, call forwarding doesn't seem to  work if you are logged out. I tested it by deleting my default phone, setting call forwarding,  logging out, and calling my number. The call went to voicemail instead of forwarding to the number I set. 

    Can anyone confirm what I found or have any suggestions to work around it?
