    Hi @Shanti Lall  - The answer currently is that Speech Recognition is included by default. We are taking an organic growth strategic with speech in PureCloud. The current engine we leverage is our own internal Interaction Speech Recognition (ISR) and Interactive Text-to-Speech (ITTS). By using our own engine we are able to include the use within our current pricing models. We plan to, in the future, provide integration to 3rd party speech providers.

     

    We are growing our list of supported languages for ISR/ITTS. You can see the list of support languages within PureCloud within this Resource Center article: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/purecloud-language-support

     

    Also at this time, Speech Recognition is inline with "speech-enablement" of menus; we are exploring (and working on dev projects for) enhanced speech support in a number of capacities; though that's a conversation in its own right.
