    Is there a specific community focused (or a filter/folder) on Genesys and AI. In light of AI and copilot type features evolving so fast, it would be great to have a community dedicated to this discussion?

    As of right now, we do not have a dedicated community for discussing our AI capabilities specifically. If you would like to see the other conversations about Conversational AI, you can explore other posts with that tag by clicking on this link.

    Jason it's all about AI these days and this is what Genesys is also very focused on. We should have a separate community just to focus on this, and it shows Genesys is paying the right attention to this very important topic. Just a suggestion. 

    As a minimum we should have more AI tags.

    I love this idea. You are right in saying that it is evolving at a fast pace! Often feel like we are early adopters in this space so it would be great to have a dedicated space to share experience and insights.

    I agree, this would be great.

    I've developed two free AI related tools for Genesys Cloud which I've shared with the community. But I had to share them in more general community areas, whereas a community dedicated to AI would mean I could share it with people who are specifically interested in these types of capabilities.

    @Matt Lawson, this would be a great idea.  I would call it "Genesys Cloud Orchestrators" and limit it to discussions about AI in Genesys and tools that can be used with Genesys.  We can focus around the 4 pillars we heard about at xperience 2025 and allow open discussion beyond the walls of Genesys AI.

    You make miss the "old days" when we had individual forums within the main Community, each dedicated to a specific topic, instead of the Tags we have to use now in this platform. Much easier back then to spin up a new forum for exactly this type of use case :-)

    Hey Everyone,

    Opening an AI Community is something that the team and I have been thinking about for years. We at Genesys believe AI is instrumental to Genesys Cloud and having those discussions siloed may lead to members missing out on key information (updates and discussions).

    As such, we will not be opening any additional communities dedicated to Genesys Cloud features in the short term. Next month, even the Reporting and Analytics Community will be rolled back from the site, placing emphasis on Genesys Cloud – Main as the primary discussion board for all feature questions, answers, tips, and tricks.

    We love your passion! If you do want topic communities, my advice would be to open an idea in the Ideas lab so that leadership can see the demand.
