    Hi All,

    Is there a way to download transcripts in bulk?

    I know that this can be done individually.

    Digital can be done, but not voice - in fact even a single voice transcript can take up to 3 API calls.  You can currently copy the transcript and paste to another location or you can use summarization which will soon be able to push to another store.

    Yes we can currently copy the transcripts one by one only, so we are looking for a solution where we can download bulk.

    Can you please guide on how to do for Digital?

    Do you have access to Preview APIs in the developer site?  There is a new Analytics Jobs API that might help you:

    Analytics

    POST
    /api/v2/analytics/transcripts/aggregates/jobs
    Query for transcript aggregates asynchronously
    GET
    /api/v2/analytics/transcripts/aggregates/jobs/{jobId}
    Get status for async query for transcript aggregates
    GET
    /api/v2/analytics/transcripts/aggregates/jobs/{jobId}/results
    Fetch a page of results for an async aggregates query
