    ​Hello,

    I am looking for a report of contacts in purecloud that includes contact ID's. I am not able to find one, nor do I see an ID when I look at a contact's details. I am sure I am missing something obvious. I am trying to export this information to cross reference with an internal program.

    Can you give an example of exactly what you are looking for? It sounds like you are asking for the GUID for each Contact (you didn't mention whether internal users or the external Contacts for customers/vendors/etc.).

    The GUID is not exposed in a report. 

    There is an API call to GET contacts https://developer.mypurecloud.com/api/rest/v2/externalcontacts/index.html#getExternalcontactsContacts

    That call returns all the info, including the "id" field. You can ask more detailed questions in the forum at developer.mypurecloud.com, if you want to go the API route.
