Is there a way to look a SIP trace to determine if the Auto Answer tone agent hear is played before answering the call?

    I have a few agents reporting that when they receive a call they do not hear the "beep" tone before answering the call. Is there a way to look at the PCAP from the Interaction to see if the SIP message was sent for the "beep" tone?
