    The customer is taking the call from their CRM and using buttons for Make payment, Add Account details, Cards details options. When the customer clicks a payment option, it redirects the interaction to a Genesys Secure Flow.

    Currently, they are using the following API to transfer the interaction:

    /api/v2/conversations/{conversationId}/participants/{participantId}/transfer

    There is also a Member State dropdown in the CRM. When the customer selects an option from this dropdown, they need the selected value to be carried into the same Genesys Secure Flow.

    I suggested using the following API to pass the Member State value:

    /api/v2/conversations/{conversationId}/participants/{participantId}/attributes

    However, the customer wants to achieve this using a single API and a single payload.

    Question:
    Is there a way to transfer the interaction to the Genesys Secure Flow and pass the Member State and buttons value at the same time using a single API call and payload?

    If yes, could you please provide the recommended API and payload structure?
