    Hi all,

    I tried to set a group number and sent a fax, but it failed.
    Are there any ways to set a group fax or ACD fax?

    I was researching fax routing again and saw that this post did not receive a response.

    Currently, in PureCloud, you cannot route faxes to a Group or place them in an ACD queue.

    If you are interested, there are two ideas in the Ideas Lab that you can vote for:

    Fax Routing
    Looking to be able to have fax interactions routed to queues for multiple agents to access:

    Ability to fax to groups and/or queues in PureCloud
    Provide the ability to fax to groups and/or queues . Inbound faxes could be routed to an entire group (similar to group ring) and/or route to an ACD queue:

    I tried a few different experiments, and about all I could come up with is to have the faxes sent to a user (or a dummy user), someone logs in as that user, downloads the faxes, and emails them as attachments to the email address for an ACD queue.

    So, nothing built-in.
