    In this scenario, an operator logs into Genesys Cloud via SSO. Upon receiving a call, a widget integrated with the Authorization Code Grant flow is activated. The application within the widget correctly receives the code generated by Genesys and successfully generates the token, so everything works as expected.

    If incoming calls occur regularly, no issues are observed. However, if more than approximately 30 minutes pass between two calls, the Authorization Code Grant flow, instead of redirecting with the code generated by Genesys, displays the login screen as if the operator were not authenticated.

    On the Genesys Cloud side, the operator is still logged in and working correctly. All subsequent calls to the widget exhibit the same behavior.

    If calls arrive with an interval of less than 30 minutes, the anomaly does not occur.
