  • 1.  Killing the Slide Deck: How I "Vibe Coded" a C-Suite pitch for Genesys AI

    Posted 3 days ago

    Hi Community,

I wanted to share a recent win in how we're communicating the value of the Genesys AI ecosystem to our leadership at ZIM.

We've all been there: static slides often fail to capture the fluid, real-time nature of AI.

To solve this, when it came time to pitch our CX roadmap to the C-Suite, I "killed" the slide deck and spent a weekend vibe-coding a custom interactive experience using Google Antigravity.

Instead of just explaining concepts, I let our executives interact a live simulation of our AI capabilities:

    • Predictive Routing: Demonstrating real-time agent matching based on intent and customer fit.
    • Agentic Virtual Agents: Showing how AI can move beyond conversation to actually resolve complex, non-linear journeys.
    • Overall Experience Orchestration: How these tools work in harmony to transform the customer journey.

The Result: The dynamic changed instantly. The conversation shifted from "What is this?" to "How fast can we scale this impact?"

To my fellow Architects: Are you still using PowerPoint to describe the "Future of CX," or are you building interactive stories? I'd love to hear how others are visualizing these complex AI workflows to get buy-in from your leadership teams.

That's amazing! I've found the same, slideshows aren't terribly engaging (well mine aren't anyway).

I've been building out UI flows using Claude Code to demonstrate CX concepts, or full blown proof of concepts where the concept requires integrations to demonstrate properly. It's much easier for people to grasp if they can see if in action - similar to your interactive site.

I have found the biggest problem when creating working proof-of-concepts is ensuring people realise it is far from production ready.

Do you anticipate using Antigravity to build out parts of your company's CX?

Spot on Lucas. Claude Code is a game-changer.

To your point about the "Production-Ready" trap: I've found that the more polished the demo looks, the more stakeholders assume the backend is already finished. It's a double-edged sword-you get the "wow" factor, but then you have to manage the expectations of how much "plumbing" is actually under the hood.

Regarding Antigravity: I see it primarily as our "Vision Engine." While you could technically build entire automation workflows in it-very similar to the n8n automations I've built for my side business's video production-the real hurdle in a large enterprise environment is the "Enterprise Speed" vs. "AI Speed."

Big organizations naturally move with more caution and often have a bias toward specific legacy products, which can stall the implementation of these advanced capabilities. For now, I'm using these interactive tools to bridge that gap-showing them the "Future" so we can navigate the "Present" bias more effectively.
