Hey Julie,
Thanks for reaching out. There are two filter criteria that exist within Agent Development today. The first determines the user list that is populated on the left hand side. You can use this to filter by individual users, groups, work teams, reports to <> etc. That refines the list of users you will see.

The second filters the results that are displayed within that list. You can find these filters on the right hand side.

In the above example I have filtered by the module that has the development name "Empathy in Action". This will restrict the displayed results only to that module.
There is also some top level information visible directly within the Development and Feedback page.

I hope that helps.
In addition we are currently in the process of evaluating the reporting that we offer for Development and Feedback. If you have specific use cases then we'd love to hear from you. I'm looking to arrange calls to gather this feedback with customers. If that suits you by all means let me know. Otherwise, feel free to drop your feedback here and we'll do our best to fold it into the future roadmap.
Cheers,

Subject: Learning Module Reports
We're starting to create and use learning modules in Genesys. So far I've come to the conclusion that I can run an Agent Development report to see how many an agent has and their status. Is there a way to add what Modules are assigned, not complete, completed? It shows how many they have but I can't find a report to show me which modules are complete and which ones aren't. Please help.
