By doing a few tasks on the Orchestrator's page you can build up points.  1000 points will net you a FREE 1-year learning subscription with all current materials & a one-time exam voucher for courses that have cert tests.  If you have to retake an exam, 200 points will net you a testing voucher.  It doesn't take very long to accrue enough points for a learning subscription.  Go into the store and you can spend your points on the learning subscription, re-take exam vouchers or Genesys swag.

Generally, if you were going the route to purchase one, you would reach out to your sales team assigned to your account.  If you are not getting anywhere there, then maybe open a ticket.
