    Enjoying the new Orchestrators portal, can someone help me with Redeemable Points vs Lifetime Points? There is roughly a 900 point differences with zero redeemed? Anyone else having a difference? TIA

    I have a slight difference in my lifetime vs redeemable, I'm not sure what the difference there is and AI Chatbot within Orchestrators doesn't seem to know either. It suggested to contact CSM though, so that could be a good route.

    Same here, about a 1200 points difference. My guess was that only certain certain activities gave redeemable points, like points earned through Advocacy activities are but Education ones aren't, but not sure on that. Curious to know as well!

    As per FAQ said, Lifetime is the differente between total points we received and Reedemable is how much do we have to get some prize, but I also didn't reedembled anything and there is a slightly differente in my points.

    Hi Jake!

    We're aware of an issue affecting some users, where their redeemable points balance has not been updating consistently as activities were completed. Our team is working on addressing this issue and anticipate that it will be resolved shortly. In the meantime, you can continue engaging in Orchestrators and completing activities as usual. We have an internal record of all activities completed and will add any missed points to your account as part of our bug update.

    Hi Jake! We've identified the issue that was preventing some activities from being added to a user's redeemable points total. Our team has been working on building a new workflow to address that issue and prevent it from happening in the future. We're just running our final tests to ensure everything is working as expected, and then we'll be rolling out this update to all Orchestrators!

    If you haven't redeemed any points yet, you should see your redeemable and lifetime points totals match once this update is live.

    I'll let you all know as soon as we have a confirmed release date.
