    As part of our ongoing exploration into optimizing customer engagement solutions, we're currently evaluating the feasibility of implementing a Bring Your Own Technology (BYOT) approach with Genesys Cloud BOT.

    To better understand the scope and potential roadblocks, I'd appreciate the insights on the following:

    • Are there any best practices or recommendations for a smooth implementation?
    • Have there been any known issues or constraints from BYOT integrations with Genesys Cloud BOT?

    #ConversationalAI(Bots,AgentAssist,etc.)

    Hello Swati,

    I can't speak on any recommended best practices, but I would highly recommend taking a look at this Resource Center landing page on several different BYOT resources.

    I'm curious if anyone in the Community would like to share their experiences down below.

    Are you thinking of using the Bot Connector feature to call your Azure bot from an Architect flow?
