Looking to see if anyone has come across a list of all available languages that Genesys Cloud offer?

I understand this is different from supported languages i.e. I am looking for a list of all languages I am able to see when I click on "more languages" within "Supported Languages" within Architect.

In terms of what the language query is for – it's solely to store a prompt of which architect will use that set language to playback the appropriate prompt.
The challenge comes when the language we would like to use isn't there, appreciate we can use another that is listed as the system doesn't really care which is used so long as structurally it is referenced throughout the journey.

Although we could use another slot within the system to achieve what we want to achieve this may hamper us further down the line as the language slot we use could need to be used for our client further down the journey for the correct language spoken country i.e. if we use Italian (Italy) to store the prompts but later this year we find the use case to utilize Italian (Italy) for the defined country language then we would have use another language or re-do the work to re-align the prompt languages.

Ideally I was looking for a way to list all languages which are there are the moment within the platform, I was also looking to understand if there is a way we can insert a language slot.

1.  UI Language
This is the language used in the UI.  Currently supported:  

2. Prompts in Architect
This is that list of 400+ that you have listed there which are nothing more than labels for the prompts.  They don't really care if you use Zulu for German or Italian for English.  In fact, if you don't have yours listed, just replace with one in the list.

3.  Architect TTS
This is a more limited list of languages that can be defined for TTS engines.  Currently, this includes 13 languages, but I understand with the partnership with Microsoft, more languages are coming.

4.  Architect and Bot ASR
Again, an even more limited list.  Bot flows only have about 4 languages/dialects (so really only English and Spanish) while Architect ASR supports 13 languages

5.  Speech transcription
This allows for voice transcriptions.  Only 6 currently, but Polish has been added this week.

Like I said, it depends on what you are meaning by language support.
