This week, a new icon was added to the navigation panel on the left side of the UI.  I was unable to find any announcements about this change.  

Resource Center documentation mentions permissions in a grouping under 'Workitem' but I don't see those sets of permissions yet in my GC3 customers. 

When I click on the List View then click on the '?' Help button, I get this error briefly before sending me to another page. 

I need to be able to disable this view.  Would you assist with clarifying what options we have with this new view?
