  • 1.  "List View" icon in left toolbar for 'Workitems List'

    This week, a new icon was added to the navigation panel on the left side of the UI.  I was unable to find any announcements about this change.  

    Resource Center documentation mentions permissions in a grouping under 'Workitem' but I don't see those sets of permissions yet in my GC3 customers. 

    When I click on the List View then click on the '?' Help button, I get this error briefly before sending me to another page. 

    I need to be able to disable this view.  Would you assist with clarifying what options we have with this new view?

    This also appeared for us, the permissions regarding Automation are disabled, looking for a solution here as well.
