    We are looking at a voice-biometric monitoring solution where we want to pass only the caller audio to a third party system in real time while the agent is talking to the caller.

    One way to do that could be to conference in a third party external system and somehow get PureCloud to mute the agent audio just for that conferenced-in external system leg (and the agent is still able to converse with the caller).

    Is that possible with PureCloud? If so what API calls would be needed to achieve that. If not, is there another way?

    Unfortunately, features to enable this sort of integration aren't available in PureCloud at this time. I've noted your request, but the feature isn't currently scheduled for work.
