    Legislation prohibits us from storing recordings with personal client information on cloud storage outside of our borders of SA. Will Purecloud be able to make use of local recording storage, instead of the cloud storage and when will this feature be available.

     

    Is there a product road map that one can look at to see what features and being developed and what the expected timelines are?

    PureCloud has no current plans for exclusive local storage of call recordings.

     

    We are discussing segregating data by AWS EC2 region, such that European customer data would stay in the AWS eu-west-1 EC2 region, for example. However it appears you are specifically asking for keeping data within a country, which is infeasible for how our cloud service currently operates with AWS.
