About a week after the live webinar is held, the Education team makes the recording available for free for 7 days so that anyone who missed it in real time can watch. After the complimentary one-week period, the webinar recording continues to be available for those with the paid-for Genesys Cloud Learning Subscription.
However, for this particular Analytics for Beginners webinar, we've decided to keep this introductory recording available as part of Education's free-to-explore Core subscription. It'll continue to remain available to you and anyone with an Education log-in as a great introduction to Genesys Cloud Analytics.
If you want to go deeper from there, the Genesys Cloud Learning Subscription offers access to the entire catalog of Education content, including other fantastic Reporting and Analytics-focused coursework.
