    Posted 2 days ago

    Hi everyone,

Does anyone have suggestions on how to reliably track all changes made in the system?

Context: In our org, a lot of users currently have admin-level access (which I know is not ideal). Our contact center manager frequently makes changes such as updating queue membership and editing org-level settings. I'd like to be able to track all of these changes - who made them, when, what was changed, and ideally the old vs. new values - and, if possible, have a way to revert changes.

Has anyone designed or implemented a solution for this, or can share how you're handling this in your environment?

    Hi Abdullah,

there's Audit viewer that might be helpful: About the Audit Viewer - Genesys Cloud Resource Center. Through the Audit APIs you might also be able to built something that suits your needs.

This will take more time, but you can also implement CX as a Code to track changes in a CI/CD pipeline:  Introducing CX as Code
