    Good day,

    I would like to ask about the Log Capture, is it possible to enable that? what do we need to do to enable that or how to capture the logs of each user?

    There are a few ways that you can capture console and network logs on Genesys Cloud. I would recommend you take a look at this article in the Resource Center.

    As an Admin you can enable log capture for specific users if they are using the Web Client or Desktop App
