  • 1.  Log Out Delay

    Hello, 
    Has anyone else had a problem/know a fix for a delay on logging out. 

    When my agents click "log out" if they don't stay on the login/logout for about 30 seconds, the system won't actually log them out.  It leaves them in Off Queue/Available Status (which is causing a lot of manual changes later to get true metrics for them).

     Yes, we just received the ticket from our supervisors saying the same. Our delay is about 40 seconds. Did you ever get a response from Genesys as to what the issue might have been?

    Good afternoon,

    I submitted a ticket to address this issue. I was advised the easiest way to address this issue immediately is to have the agents ensure they are toggling off their "on queue" status before they hit the log out button. This will ensure there is not a delay and it will clear up the exceptions in the adherence for WFM as well.
    They are going to continue to do testing  to confirm why there is a delay in switching from On Queue to Offline.
