    Hello! I was wondering if anyone has user guides for the Genesys Cloud Desktop Application. Possibly for troubleshooting, workspace/performance management

    Remember that the Desktop App is nothing more than the Web App in a local wrapper, so all the resources at help.mypurecloud.com will be the pretty much the same for the Web or Desktop app.  You can find some setup instructions here:  https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/desktop-app/
