    Hi community

    We have this message in the main forecast; that appears after making several attempts to adjust the frequency of inbound traffic by weeks using the weighted historical index from the forecasting tool .

    Any idea how I can solve it?

    Just checking do you have all these permissions set up? 

    • The following permissions:
      • Workforce Management > mainForecast > All
      • Workforce Management > mainForecast > View
      • Workforce Management > Planning Group > View
      • Analytics > conversationsAggregate > View
      • Routing > Queue > View

    Hello Ana,

    I understand you're facing challenges with the WHI forecast you mentioned in your first post. It can be frustrating when things don't work as expected. To clarify, WHI forecasts won't show up in the Main Forecast UI; you'll need to access them through the Forecast menu option instead.

    I'm sorry to hear about the error you're encountering. If possible, could you try generating an Automatic Best Method forecast? Also, do you have any historical interaction data available in Genesys Cloud?
