There is no historical concurrent calls reporting currently, but there is an idea on the Product Ideas Lab: Max Concurrent Calls Daily Report/Detail that I would recommend you vote on and add your use case too.

We received a request from the Client wanting to know how many calls were handled by agents simultaneously between 10/7/2023 and 12/20/2023. I'm not finding any reports that show me that number.
Client is looking for the max number of calls that came in at the same time during that emergency period.
