  • 1.  Max number of restorations

    Or org has reached our maximum number of restorations. (I believe the maximum is 100)

    Is there a way to view a list of interactions that have been restored so we can re-archive them?

    This is configurable.  Remember that most limits are artificially created to help maintain a reliable and stable environment in Genesys Cloud.  Open a support ticket and give them good business cases for the increase.  Don't expect 1000, but if you tell them 200, I think they would have no problem with that.

    Can please also confirm, is there any additional cost we have to pay to Genesys to add restoration limit from 100 to 200
