    Hi, the Genesys Fair Use Policy doesn't seem to state how many new conversations (particularly email ones) are allowed to be created within Genesys on a daily basis. We have a high-volume customer who is asking if there is any such thing or is it all space related.

    I know of no fair use around Emails.  There are limits in the API's for this, but nothing really specified for the amount of emails. that can be processed.  Storage would be minimal unless you have a lot of large attachments.  That would come into play.
