    Hi all.

    Does anyone know if you are able to change the colour of the test in the red?  I need to have the background red for branding but it auto changes the test to black and I can not see a way to move it back to white?

    Also, are you able to change the default "What are you looking for?" on the knowledgebase search to something a little less abrupt haha?

    Hi @Doug Sear - Messenger automatically selects text color based on choice of background, and this is done in order to ensure WCAG compliance with the proper contrast ratio. If you absolutely need white text, would suggest to tune the red background with different variations (there are many online tools for that).

    For now labels are hardcoded, to minimize provisioning complexity, but we are considering to allow for customizable labels.
