Hello Genesys Cloud Community - quick update on what we're planning to release early next week, as an Accessibility improvement for Web Messenger: we detected in some cases we are truncating text within buttons and headers, which is not ideal from Accessibility best practices. To solve this, we are now going to do our best to automatically detect and reflow the UI elements whenever we can detect text truncation. See screenshots below, in this case it's for buttons on the home-screen. Impact will be limited to specific languages that may have extended text labels. This approach also aligns with Material Design UX best practices for text resizing:  Writing & text – Material Design 3
