Genesys Cloud - Developer Community!

Hello,

I would like to integrate a #bot into an extranet but the widget supplied by Genesys doest not meet my requirements in terms of size and appearance (see an example of the desired format in the screenshot).

In the Messenger configuration, I see that it is possible to create a custom interface using the SDK functions : https://developer.genesys.cloud/commdigital/digital/webmessaging/messengersdk/SDKCommandsEvents/

Could you please help me understand how the development works?
