Hi David, I believe it is a mixture of latency and also keeping the data in the correct regions to not break GDPR laws or similar.
With regards to billing on the Azure side, you would need to discuss this with them. As I said from a Genesys point of view if using BYOT it would bill via each individual org, outside of this I don't know the process I am afraid.

- Yes, I believe they do still need to be correlated.
- If using Bring Your Own Technology Genesys Billing then you would be billed separately per org - About bring your own technology (BYOT)
