    Is there any tool available that can help in migrating all the configuration flows from genesys multicloud to genesys cloud?

    You will have to look in Designer if there is a way you can export from Multicloud CX to a YAML or JSON file.  I know there is a save function, but not sure what format it saves in.   If you can get YAML or JSON, that should be able to be used in Archy to edit and then use the YAML to import into Genesys Cloud CX.  @Michael Riedel, do you know?​

    @Robert Wakefield-Carl  As far as I can see an export from Designer on MultiCloud creates what looks like proprietary file format (.dar).  I know in past going from Engage Premise Genesys PS created a tool called WhiteBoard that was able to take Premise Composer applications and put them in MultiCloud format.  However have not heard of anything the goes from Designer apps to YAML or JSON or anything Genesys Cloud CX could use.  But will continue to look into it.​
