    Hi,

    Does any know if these is a way to report on which milestones were used against a customers journey, i.e. linking the milestoneID / name to a conversationID ?

    Hi Neil,

    There isn't a way out of the box, but you could add the milestoneID/name as custom participant data and report on it via the Analytics APIs

    Thanks Samuel, and I did think we'd need to update participant data - just checking if our Tableau reporting uses the analytics API's
