I have an agent who is experiencing the below issue.
I have a screenshot below where I am missing the export button, which should be among the save/refresh/reset buttons. I was following one of the video tutorials on the Genesys website that showed it up there. I do get an error that reads "You do not have the permissions required for a requested resource. Adherence data cannot be shown."
I am wondering where in Genesys cloud I can correct this access
